Our technology utilizes a special PVB acoustic film (brands like Kuraray, Trosifol, etc.). This monolayer film product, used in multiple insulating glass, combines outstanding sound protection properties with all the advantages of conventional Acoustic PVB film. Even in monolithic laminated safety glass, it reveals exceptional sound protection performance.
The highly sound insulating PVB inter-layers are laminated between glass panels using normal heat and pressure methods, creating a unit with a lower overall Rw value. Since every glass thickness vibrates differently, the introduction of an acoustic inter-layer reduces the 'critical frequency' effect, ensuring no dip in performance for specific sound frequencies.
Frequency Optimization: This PVB is designed with acoustic dampening properties, specifically targeting frequencies between 1500 and 5000 Hz.
Acoustic Laminated Glass is a type of safety glass that holds together when shattered. In case of breakage, the fragments adhere to the film, preventing injury. Tempered laminated glass is ideal for areas with human impact risk or where falling glass is a concern.
