What is the material of the boat?
We use Marine grade 5083 aluminum-magnesium alloy as the raw material. As a marine grade, the 5 series aluminum alloy has excellent anti-corrosion and rust resistance. The aluminum can be professionally sprayed in a variety of colors.
Can I assemble your Boat locally?
For pontoon boats, usually, dealers have the ability to assemble them as they are simple and easy to put together, which also helps save on shipping costs. For houseboats, we recommend shipping the one-piece welded frame fully assembled to avoid technical complications.
How do you transport a houseboat?
Since houseboats often exceed 2.3M in width, we utilize 40FT Flat Rack High Cube containers. This allows us to transport vessels up to 11.6M long, 4M wide, and 4M high.
What are the main configurations of the houseboat?
Houseboats come fully equipped with electrical systems (batteries, solar panels, inverters), water systems (pumps, clean and grey water tanks), a finished kitchen, sofa, mattress, and toilet. Engines are optional, typically ranging from 60HP to 110HP.
Can you accept customization?
Yes, we accept customization for both pontoon boats and houseboats. We work closely with our customers to listen to their suggestions and incorporate requested features where feasible.
What is your lead time for delivery?
Production for 3 to 10 units of pontoon boats typically takes about 30 to 35 days. Due to high demand, the lead time for houseboats is currently approximately 3 months.
