Double girder gantry crane composed of gantry, trolley traveling mechanism, cab and electric control system. The gantry is box-shape structure, the track is at the side of each girder and the leg is divided into type A and type U according to user's requirements. The control method could be ground control, remote control, cabin control or both. In the cab there are adjustable seat, insulating mat on the floor, toughened glass for the window, fire extinguisher, electric fan and auxiliary equipment such as air condition, acoustic alarm and interphone. This double girder gantry crane is beautiful design and durable, widely used in open-air warehouses or indoors based on workshop conditions.
Beam: Main girder is derusted by sandblasting and coated with zinc-rich epoxy primer. Cut by plasma numerical control cutting machine with ultrasonic flaw detection on tension flange welds.
Trolley: Comprises motor, reducer, braking, frame, drum, hook, and pulley. Designed strictly for specific applications and environments.
Outrigger: Rigid and flexible outriggers connected by high-tension bolts. Flexible legs used for spans over 30 meters to reduce lateral friction.
Wheel: Produced via special vacuum sand-free casting process for better elasticity and wear-resistance.
